During domestic delivery, we use the registered mail service of Foxpost Zrt. and GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary. The ordered package is equipped with a unique identifier, which can be used in tracking the order online.
During domestic delivery, we also deliver boxes to parcel machines via a service provider, Foxpost parcels.
Foxpost home delivery option is also available for domestic shipping.

Most orders take 1-3 business days to process and leave our warehouse and an additional 2-5 business days to arrive (depending on the chosen shipping method).
If the delivery takes more time, please be patient, your order will arrive. If the delivery is delayed on the part of the parcel delivery service, we do not take responsibility for failure.
In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within twenty-one (21) days of receiving the product, in order for us to be able to replace the item. You can submit your complaint by email: woof@doggiesdesign.com.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship worldwide but if you wish to order write us an email and we’ll get in touch with you. Orders may take 1-3 business days to process and leave our warehouse. Shipping costs and timeframe depend on the country. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. Doggies Design is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by the shipping costs.

Modifications
Modification after purchases is available for customers in case the order is still in the warehouse. We highly recommend the customers contact us as soon as possible in case changes in the products, shipping address, etc. are needed before handing out the order to the delivery service provider. We’ll make every effort to modify the orders.
Cancelling
Cancelling after purchases is available for customers in case the order is still in the warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancelling is not possible, but we offer a 30-days return policy for customers who are not happy with their orders.
Exchange and return policy
Our number one priority will always be your and your dog’s happiness. To make sure, you’ll get the right size, please measure your dog twice before completing your order.
We have a 30-days guarantee option for you if you change your mind. If the size, the pattern or anything else is not the best for you, write us an email and we’ll change it for you. Notably, all the products must be unused and in perfect condition when applying for an exchange. Shipping costs and return costs are not part of the refund and must be covered by the customer.
