Yes, you can. We offer several shipping methods but all the methods are registered and can be followed via track number(s). We’ll send you an email with the applicable tracking number(s). For international orders, your tracking number will track up to the package leaving Hungary. After that, your local post office will be handling the delivery and the tracking number will not be valid.
Oh yeah! You can purchase gift cards as a normal product in our Shop menu. Gift Card values expire after one year and they can be applied only to products purchased directly through this webshop. A code will be sent via email with redemption instructions where you can in turn gift to anyone you’d like. It’s the perfect present!
Yes, we do! We have a 30-day guarantee for manufacturing defects. If you defect issues on your products within 30 days send us an email via email@example.com with photos of the issues. This guarantee does not include damage from wear and tear or chewing issues.
Our number one priority will always be your and your dog’s happiness. If one of you is not happy with your order within 30 days of purchase then return it for a credit or refund.
